How it works
How does online poker tournament software work?
Running a tournament by hand for hundreds of players isn’t realistic. The software does it automatically, in real time, on our Node.js and Socket.IO game servers.
- Registration. Players register and pay the buy-in and fee from their balance, including late registration if you allow it.
- Seating. Players are seated at random across tables when the tournament starts.
- Blinds and breaks. Blind levels rise on schedule, and breaks follow your structure.
- Table balancing. As players are knocked out, tables are balanced and broken until the final table.
- Payouts. Prizes, bounties and satellite seats are paid out when the tournament ends.

Can I run a tournament-only poker platform?
Yes. You can run tournaments on their own or alongside cash games on the same platform. You choose what your players see in the lobby.
Which tournament types can I run?

Do you support re-entry, rebuys and late registration?
Yes. You set re-entry, rebuys and late registration per tournament, along with the structure and fees.
How does an operator earn from tournaments?
From tournament fees: the fee added to each buy-in, such as $10 + $1, where the $1 goes to the operator. You set the fee for each tournament in the back office.

How do you keep tournaments fair?
Cards are shuffled and dealt by a random number generator certified by iTech Labs. Radar checks location, device and network, players go through KYC through Sumsub, and chip-dumping checks look for players passing chips to each other.
Do players get tournament apps on mobile?
Yes. Players join tournaments on Android, iOS (subject to App Store approval), mobile web, desktop web, Windows and Mac.
How much does poker tournament software cost?
The platform has no setup fee: $1,000 a month plus 10% of rake and tournament fees, with the first three months paid in advance for server setup. Hosting, updates and support are included. No hidden terms 🙂
How long does it take to launch?
A standard setup on our platform can go live in as little as 2 weeks. Custom tournament features take longer, and the timeline is in your quote after scoping.
